A transparent over print varnish which due to its good adhesion and high

 

hardness used for drawing coating as crown caps.

Base material      : Epoxy ester.

Applications       : As a wet on wet varnish for tin plate and tin free steel.

 

Viscosity                :100 – 150. sec “ford cup no. 4. At 25 c”

 

Thinner                   :Man thin 550. Or 660.

 

Curing condition: 12- 15 minutes at 180 c.

 

Recommended film

 

Weight………...: As wet film………… 13- 15 g / m .

                                        As dry film…………  5-  6   g / m .

 

Solid contents    : 42 % (+/- 2) by weight .

 

Shelf life            : 12 months at 25 c .
