Special grade for Pepsi Cola

 

A transparent over print varnish which due to its good adhesion and high

 

hardness used for drawing coating as crown caps.

Base material      : Epoxy ester.

 

Code no:        :3110/s

 

Applications   :As a wet on wet varnish for tin plate and tin free steel.

 

Viscosity             :100-120 sec “ford cup no. 4. At 25 c”

 

Thinner                 :Man thin 550. Or 660.

 

Curing condition: 10- 12 minutes at 180 c.

 

Recommended film

 

Weight………...: As wet film………… 15- 17 g / m .

                                        As dry film…………  5.5-  6.5   g / m .

                            For Pepsi cola sheet as wet film ….. 6-7 g/sheet

                                      

Solid contents    : 38 % (+/- 2) by weight .

 

Shelf life            : 12 months at 25 c .
